I've had no issues with the GoPro mount being compatible with my HERO camera.
However, after 18 months, the GoPro mount developed cracks and the screw insert came out. I almost lost my GoPro. I don't over-tighten it.
I believe a better material should be used to avoid a repeated incident.
Otherwise, the selfie stick is great. Buyers beware on the GoPro mount.

This GoPro adaptor for the selfie stick is very important because with the same selfie stick you may use all the photos stuff. In one to teen I wil give teen to this adaptor.
